Bottega Veneta has decided to make part of the chairs used for the set up of the latest fashion show available in the Kering fashion house store.

The colorful chairs, used for the Milanese fashion show, were designed by the famous architect Gaetano Pesce in collaboration with the creative director Matthieu Blazy.

The 400 seats, called ‘How are you?’, in hand-molded resin are now available starting from 6,000 and up to 10,000 euros.

Each piece of furniture is the same in terms of material but unique in color and shape, to celebrate diversity and its nuances. The Italian architect’s blocky chairs, rendered in a range of creamy, sherbet-like hues, complemented an equally colorful floor on which models walked the spring/summer 2023 show.

The chairs are now also arriving in Florida with a series of initiatives in the Design Miami District. ‘How are you?’ strange exhibited and available for purchase from November 30 to December 4, and a talk between Pesce and the Curatorial Director of Design Miami Maria Cristina Didero is scheduled for November 30, followed by a book signing celebrating the project and inaugurates the release of a collectible artist’s book documenting Come Stai?.

This space is a tribute to diversity. It is about the human being; we are all different. We are all different and this is our distinguishing quality, otherwise we are just a copy. We are all originals and this is one of the themes of my design

Pesce said in a statement in relation to the project.
