The design of the apartment was completed in Kyiv in the end of 2016. Its major part was allocated for the living room, kitchen and dining room, where the family spends the most of their spare time. This space was divided by existing concrete pylons and ventilation ducts that, further, were decorated with wooden panels. Though each room is a separate space, visitors can look through from the living room into the kitchen and the dining room beyond.
The seating took on the shape of the living room and echoes the straight lines in the entertainment centre. From the sectional, you get a great view of the window overlooking the city. This window provides great natural lighting.
This part of the apartment was designed in order to create a panoramic view from its windows when all bedrooms were oriented into the quiet inner courtyard.
The master bedroom uses a mix of materials. The wood panelling on the back wall in a pine finishes pairs well with the light oak flooring.
