Dream, vision and determination, are the elements that inspired Luca G. Rosiello, CEO of the Keller Zable Group, who created, with infinite care, the new Hill Residence of Lugano – Aldesago.
The concept resembles a yacht on the hill facing the lake: the façade is made of wood and of an innovative high-performance material, never used before in Ticino, which made it possible to create soft, well-pro-portioned lines and to create a handrail effect, typical of boats. To guarantee the highest level of attention to detail and the greatest comfort, Luca G. Rosiello put together a team of experts who took care of every element: architects, designers, interior designers, building engineering physicists, civil engineers, and electrical, heating and hydraulic system designing experts.
Every single detail of Hill Residence is carefully curated, considering both the building technology and the aesthetics, in order to ensure the greatest comfort thanks to state of the art techniques, keeping a strong focus on sustainability, energy savings and environmental compatibility. These units are realized with the most modern technology available on the market, including the reduction of electromagnetic fields at night, reduction of body voltage and dirty electricity with specific filters, and Wi-Fi systems with high frequency limitations, in accordance with the international directives of Bioiniziative. Hill Residence is designed to be CECE certified, obtaining the highest efficiency class for its exteriors. The efficiency of the exterior reflects the quality of the thermal protection of the entire building, which guarantees the thermal insulation of the walls, the floors and the ceiling. The windows are also very high quality, both in terms of insulation and hermetic closure and because they provide solar energy if used correctly. The efficiency of the exterior is fundamental in order to evaluate the heating requirements of a building: in this case, it is very low, which in turn generates a greater level of comfort and helps save the costs of heating and maintenance. An exclusive lift allows to access each unit directly and to reach the large rooftop terrace. This building has been designed to manage each room through an integrated home automation system, and it is also equipped with a continuous video surveillance system.
