Recognized as one of the best interior designers in the world, Joyce Wang founded in 2011 and concentrating on luxury hospitality and residential contemporary interiors design as well as bespoke furniture with a unique design: the Joyce Wang Studio. We present to you one of the most remarkable interior design projects by Joyce Wang: the Jin Gui Restaurant in Hamburg.
The Jin Gui modern restaurant is located in the Tortue Hotel in Hamburg. Through the nature and essence of the location, all the guests are invited along a journey as one descends into this secluded, Pan-Asian restaurant and discover its openness to a historic courtyard. The Joyce Wang Studio Design approached the interiors by personifying the qualities of the woman as a muse.
Before entering into the modern restaurant with a lot of luxury furniture pieces, the visitors are greeted by an intimate bar: totally clad in intricate travertine relief paneling of Tibetan origin.
They are led into the main dining area with a luxury interior design through ornate screens flanking either side, the open kitchen takes center stage with its theater of chefs preparing ceviche and steaming dumplings. And inside this space with a modern design, it’s possible to see an outstanding and beautiful chandelier. The perfect space designed by Joyce Wang, a top interior designer, where everyone with a luxury lifestyle can taste fine cuisine.
Inside this modern dining room with a unique design by Joyce Wang that extends the visual language of Tibetan geometry and landscape, all the guests are able to peer into a wine jewel box from the private dining room and use it as an extension to one’s evening of entertaining.
You can also find a glowing chandelier of copper detailing and crackled glass fills the room with glistening warmth. This luxury furniture piece inside a contemporary interior design acts as a playful ode to the larger energies at work with our planetary system and its alignment of planets and stars.
