The Richard Ginori international tour continues with the 3rd edition of Salone del Mobile.Milano Shanghai, where some of its most prestigious collections will be on display.
For the first time at the event, the Manifattura will present to the Chinese and Asian public the “Catene” and “Labirinto” collections, inspired by Gio Ponti, in addition to “Oriente Italiano” and “Totem”
For the first time in its history, Richard Ginori, the ultimate expression of Italian excellence in the high-quality artistic manufacture of porcelain, will present some of its most prestigious collections at Salone del Mobile.Milano Shanghai, the benchmark event for the design and furnishing sector in Asia, to take place from 22 to 24 November.
For Richard Ginori, participating in Salone del Mobile.Milano Shanghai is a way to come into direct contact with customers, journalists and professionals from China and the rest of Asia, and thus to promote its efforts to penetrate the Chinese market and develop its brand at the international level.
The concept of the stand designed by Richard Ginori is based on the“Wunderkammer” and is divided into two sections. In the first one, the artefacts from the collections are illustrated and displayed alongside sketches, plasters and other mysterious Manifattura items.
A second space, bounded by mirrored walls reflecting the visitor’s gaze to infinity, includes a large semi-circular table and is dedicated to the“Oriente Italiano” collection. This is an independent installation that differs from the traditional Richard Ginori decorating format, featuring mirrored and conformal coated steel elements, inspired by Asian furnishing and retail trends, giving the Manifattura’scollections a contemporary feel.
Richard Ginori already has a presence in China in the form of sales outlets in selected high-end, multibrand department stores and specialty stores, such as Tiamantti in Shanghai.
