II BY IV DESIGN unveils the culmination of Auberge on the park.
II BY IV DESIGN unveils Chateau Auberge, the culminating chapter of Toronto’s celebrated Auberge on the Park community. Rising 39 stories above 150 acres of lush parkland, this landmark residence blends European-inspired elegance with the intimacy of a grand hotel, offering a rare vision of refined living in the heart of the city.

Design Vision
Chateau Auberge embodies a design language of serenity, warmth, and sophistication. Upon arrival, residents are welcomed into a soaring double-height lobby wrapped in glass, where natural light cascades across hand-crafted European millwork, stately red-veined marble, and softly curved furnishings that echo the surrounding landscape. A gentle palette of pale blush, bronze, bleached woods, and white stone floors creates a calming rhythm throughout, inviting both comfort and connection. Custom installations by local artists further enrich the interiors, ensuring each space feels deeply rooted in place and globally refined. Every detail reflects a seamless dialogue between architecture, interior design, and the natural landscape.

Amenities and lifestyle
The residence elevates daily life with an extensive amenity program for leisure and wellbeing. Residents enjoy a fully equipped fitness centre, an indoor pool with whirlpool spa, and an entertainment lounge, complemented by thoughtfully designed spaces for pets. Classic detailing paired with contemporary elements defines these shared environments: natural wood paneling, curved ceilings, and expansive windows framing panoramic views of the treetops. The result is a collection of spaces that balance glamour and intimacy while extending the comforts of home.

An elevated finale
As the final and most distinguished installment of Auberge on the Park, Chateau Auberge crowns the community with cascading terraces, sweeping views, and a design vision fusing grandeur with tranquility. Rooted in the beauty of its parkland setting, the residence delivers an enduring statement of elegance and artistry, leaving a lasting legacy within Toronto’s urban landscape.
