Celine, the LVMH fashion house is preparing to show in Los Angeles, California.

The fashion show for the proposals dedicated to autumn-winter 2023-2024 is scheduled for 8 December, well in advance of the fashion weeks in New York, London, Milan and Paris.

Summer 2023 will instead be presented in the form of a film set in the south of France, which will be streamed on Celine’s official website and social media platforms during the month of November, more than a month after the end of Fashion Week. Paris.

For some time now California has become an important center for fashion shows: Ralph Lauren, Dior, Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent are among the brands that have chosen it for the catwalks in recent years.

LVMH closed the first nine months of 2022 with revenues of € 56.5 billion, up 28% compared to the same period in 2021, and 20% on an organic basis, thanks to a growth of 19% in the third quarter .

As is regularly the case, the luxury group did not detail the numbers of the individual brands in its portfolio, but of Celine it announced that it has recorded “very strong growth, thanks to the success of the creations of Hedi Slimane”.
