Winners Rick Owens and Ralph Rucci, the American designers protagonists of the Paris Fashion Weeks, will be awarded their prizes at Night of Stars, the annual event organized by the FGI (Fashion Group International) and scheduled for next October 24 at the Cipriani Wall Street in New York.

Besides the winning duo, US designers Brandon Maxwell and Donna Karan will also take the stage.

Introduced to celebrate fashion, interior design and beauty forerunners as well as leaders in sustainability and ethics, Night of Stars has always honored American designers and personalities who started their businesses from scratch to make them global.

Topping the winner list of this edition is Rick Owens, who will receive the coveted Superstar prize. Landing in bookstores next month with his book Rick Owens: photographed by Danielle Levitt, published by Rizzoli, he will hit one more goal after already being recognized as designer of the year at the CFDA fashion awards last June.
