Packaging Première and PCD Milan: the future of luxury packaging in the name of success

The fourth edition of Packaging Première has ended, the selective exhibition that represents the future of luxury packaging, through a careful selection of suppliers of raw materials and intermediate processes, finished products, accessories and trimmings, services.

The first Italian edition of PCD Milan – Packaging of Perfume, Cosmetics & Design, a leading event in the packaging sector for beauty products, both part of the Easyfairs group, was held concurrently with Packaging Première.

The events registered the access of 5900 visitors, who were able to see and get to know the product innovations of over 270 exhibitors from over 24 countries up close. A schedule of 14 conferences enriched the event program.

This edition represented in our opinion the real restart. It was important to be able to see the latest product news up close, find new ideas for the business and share ideas and opinions in a sector that is moving in step with ever faster changes, sustainability and innovation. We are satisfied with the result achieved in terms of turnout – despite the still delicate moment – and the high quality of visitors, who, as expected, came mainly from Italy. We are giving everyone an appointment from 16 to 18 May 2023 for the next edition of Packaging Première and PCD Milan

declared Pier Paolo Ponchia, Founder and Director of Packaging Première.

In the Art Gallery, prologue to the exhibition path that led visitors to the heart of the event, there were the works of Annarita Serra, Alessandro Consoli, Silvia Faini, Roberto Vallini and Adriano Padovani, who perfectly represented the theme of recycling of materials through a creative and original approach. Carlo Stanga and Francesco Bongiorni personalized the lounges of Packaging Première and PCD Milan with their illustrations.

Innovation and sustainability, the main themes of the edition, were also applied to the ways in which to find information on exhibitors and their products: through the EasyGo system, visitors, by easily bringing their smart badge close to a dedicated reader, could receive via email requested information.
