These are three examples of an immediate response from high-end catering compared to the current emergency. In essence, this is the only possible solution to keep the fine dining engine running in Italy: to ensure customers have a “starry” experience at home.

The use of delivery is the first point of the decalogue suggested by RistoratoreTop, an agency specializing in marketing for restaurants, to limit the damage caused by the virus.
