After the success of the previous appointments, here we are ready for the final one at Grand San Pietro Hotel in Taormina. During the evening, the 50th birthday of Preferred Hotels and Resorts will be celebrated.
This time the Resident Executive Chef Angelo Franzò will work along with Chef Pasquale Palamaro, 1 star Michelin. Executive Chef of the Indaco Restaurant in the Regina Isabella Hotel in Ischia since 2016, Palamaro shows a wonderful career cooperating with Aimo e Nadia, Ugo Alciati e Alfonso Iaccarino, Emanuele Scarello and Antonino Cannavacciuolo. The year 2013 represents an important goal for Chef Palamaro, who gained the Michelin star thanks to his work at Indaco Restaurant. His cookery is delicate and precious, using the see products with the products coming from his private garden, where the Chef leads from time to time the guests of the hotel.
From his side Chef Franzò will seduce the senses of the guests, playing with shrimps and yellowtail in order to create innovative flavours.
The enchanting venue of this appointment will be “Il giardino degli ulivi Restaurant”, where you may enjoy the wonderful scenario of the Naxos Bay and the Etna Volcano, spoiled by the staff Hotel 5* luxury.
