In the 1950s, Prince Rainier III added the finishing touches with four additional floors. There, he opened Le Grill, decorated at the time with a Louis XIV royal gallery and which became an unmissable gastronomic restaurant in Monaco. Today, this magic continues combining the restaurant’s prestigious history with modern comforts. The Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo has also been one of Princess Grace’s favourite venues. The Princess Grace Suite is an invitation to an unparalleled experience.
