Experience an unforgettable evening of culinary emotion, enriched with the aroma of the noble Biagetti Truffles and the great wines of the Marchesi Antinori.
Biagetti truffles are for the most part, found in the Montefeltro Cantiano, Sant’Angelo in Vado and Acqualagna areas of the Marche region of Italy, where the earth gives the truffle its wonderful flavor. The prestigious white truffle that completes the selection comes from Alba.
Emanuele Baldi, the Brand Manager of Prunotto by Marchesi Antinori, will be present at the event and will introduce a selection of wines, outlining their characteristics and explaining the reason why each wine is paired with its respective dish.
