Ojalà house
Presented for the first time at Milan Design Week 2019, the design by Casa Ojalà won that year’s Gold A’Design Aeard award.
It is a modular house, a small suite of 27 square meters that can transform itself with over 1000 interior solutions.
Double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom, terrace and living room can continuously transform into each other thanks to a complex game of pulleys that magically makes the rooms appear and disappear.
The essence of this incredible structure lies in being able to become one with the surrounding environment: its circular plan offers an immersive experience never experienced before.
Luxury and sustainability
Respect for the environment is the main feature of Beatrice Bonzanigo’s project: Casa Ojalà could not fail to be sustainable.
All the materials that make up the eclectic furnishings of Casa Ojalà are carefully chosen: fabrics and woods are totally eco-sustainable.
The structure contains a rainwater collection system and photovoltaic panels that make it even greener.
