Antinoo’s Lounge & Restaurant in Venice (in the Sestiere of Dorsoduro in Venice) has extended its kitchen opening hours and from today guests can enjoy lunch even after 2.30 pm. In fact, with the arrival of summer, the elegant Antinoo’s Lounge & Restaurant located in the Sina Centurion Palace in Venice luxury five-star hotel, a member of the Sina Hotels group, is introducing delicious new culinary delights: the Bistro Menu is now being offered in addition to the already established Gourmet dishes prepared personally by Executive Chef Massimo Livan and his brigade.
Every day from 12.30 to 7.30 pm dishes can be savoured from the culinary traditions of Italy’s regions inspired by the creativity of Chef Livan. Embark on this culinary journey whilst remaining comfortably seated in the restaurant’s evocative Red Room, in the exclusive Antinoo’s Lounge & Restaurant or refined lobby with its stunning view over the Grand Canal, or in the Hotel’s sophisticated inner courtyard. The Gourmet Menu will be available every day from 12.30 to 2.30 pm and from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm.
Executive Chef Massimo Livan and his brigade will be serving up salads, meat and fish dishes, pasta and rice dishes as well as main courses that introduce guests to the cuisine in the various regions of Italy and typical Venetian dishes prepared with the finest of raw ingredients: from “acqua pazza” fillet of sea bass to BBQ octopus with sour salicornia, parmigiana di melanzane to bigoli in salsa or gnocchi alla sorrentina. There is also a wide choice of quick, light lunch dishes for those without much time to devote to the pleasures of dining because they have to visit the city: Tuscan “panzarella” with smoked burratina, salmon marinated in olive oil, San Daniele ham with buffalo mozzarella from Battipaglia and Carasau bread. From Tuscany to Friuli Venezia Giulia, Puglia to Sardinia, the new Bistro Menu provides a veritable journey into Italian traditional cuisine dedicated to Hotel guests but also to tourists and Venetians in search of refined, elegant dishes.
