The podium at the Monaco Yacht Show was dominated by a 100% Italian shipyard: Sanlorenzo, chaired by a Massimo Perotti.

During the awarding ceremony that was held at the Monaco Yacht Club, the jury announced Sanlorenzo’s new flagship, the 64 Steel Attila, as the winner of the “2019 MYS/RINA Award”, assigned to the most eco-friendly superyacht according to the standards set by RINA, the Italian ship classification society.

With 1,600 gross tons, 64 meters in length, five decks and a maximum interior width of 64 meters, 64 Steel Attila is the biggest yacht ever built by Sanlorenzo. Its novel layout and structures, commonly featured on larger yachts, allowed Sanlorenzo to introduce exclusive solutions conceived for the maximum on-board comfort, combined with sleek exteriors.

Among these, the Main Deck at the stern and the Beach Club on the Lower Deck are surely the most outstanding areas of the project. A remarkable sign of design and layout, a double staircase connects the pool and dining areas to the Beach Club, completed by a sauna, hammam, massage room and gym, all by the water.

With a transom and open side platforms, the Beach Club extends over 78 square meters. The 64Steel was recently awarded with the “Best Interior Design Trophy” at the “World Yachts Trophies”, and deservedly so.
