A few days ago one of the most important and anticipated events of the international high fashion calendar took place.
This is Monte Carlo fashion week, a week of luxury and fashion born under the High Patronage of S.A.S. Princess Charlène of Monaco.
Five days of fashion shows, events, galas and exclusive parties that will create new synergies and give life to the new fashion and luxury trends for the next season.
Monte Carlo fashion week: not just fashion
The true essence of this unmissable event is all contained in the philosophy that supports it: the Monte Carlo fashion week in fact does not want to be just a showcase or a sumptuous five-day party, but is proposed as a real moment of reflection.
The biggest luxury fashion brands have come together to define the new development possibilities for a fashion that is luxurious but sustainable, rich but respectful of the planet and its resources, without forgetting respect for all workers in the supply chain.
The Monte Carlo Fashion week program
The event took place at the Salle Garnier de l’Opera in Monte-Carlo and the inaugural evening saw sustainable fashion immediately parade thanks to the creations of Beach & Cashmere Monaco, the brand of Federica Nardoni Spinetta – President and Founder of Chambre Monégasque de la Mode and Monte-Carlo Fashion Week.
Sustainable luxury fashion has not ceased to amaze even at the following catwalks: fashion victims from all over the world could not help but admire and be enthused by the exclusive accessories and bags, strictly eco-sustainable, by Thalie Paris.
One of the most anticipated events was the MCFW Fashion Award 2022 ceremony, during which the creatives who participated in the Sustainable Contest and who were able to stand out for their ethical and innovative vision with their collections were awarded.
