Enhancing nature, respect and the link with the territory will be the strengths of this new project.

Siculiana wants to be the realization of the need for sustainable luxury, increasingly felt by the most attentive travelers.

Siculiana: sustainable architecture

the direct relationship with such a unique territory and the management of the context in total respect of nature were the basis for the realization of the project.

The architects and designers Andreas and Klaus Sanoner want to pursue a construction philosophy that integrates with the environment while fully respecting resources.

Precisely for this reason, the Siculiana eco-resort will use only natural and local materials for the design of the interiors but also of the supporting structures.

The lucky guests will be able to immerse themselves in a journey of eco-luxury in all senses.

Natural materials, a sustainable project from birth but also an eno-gastronomic offer completely inspired by the regionality and respect for the seasonality of food.

The structure will consist of 90 rooms divided between Junior and Family Suites.

Luxury is an essential ingredient: all the Suites will be equipped with a large private terrace.

More contact with nature: the typical vegetation of the area will be enhanced thanks to the exclusive private eco-lido of about 30 meters, set up with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The entire structure is then completely structured with renewable energy sources, to be an eco-resort with a low environmental impact.
