After having dressed the celebrity parterre of the official Gala Dinner of the Venice Carnival with her period clothes, (the mayor Luigi Brugnaro, Mara Venier, Bruno Vespa and his wife, Diletta Leotta, Bebe Vio and family, Giulia Arena and the newly elected Miss Italia 2021 Zuedi di Palma to name a few), Antonia Sautter dedicates the fashion show of the Queens of the most exclusive social event of the Carnival, “her” Il Ballo del Doge, to the high craftsmanship “Made in Venice”.

Antonia Sautter dedicated the first post-Covid edition of Il Ballo del Doge, which illuminated the night of last Saturday before Pisani Moretta, to the theme of rebirth that underpinned the entire evening; an individual, collective, entertainment and arts rebirth, silenced by two years of pandemic emergency.
The show staged by the artistic cast of Il Ballo del Doge (over 100 artists including performers, musicians, dancers and actors) opened with a tribute to the 1600 years of the Serenissima, which took the form of a fashion show of sculpture dresses by haute couture signed by the Atelier Antonia Sautter. The golden and fine perlage of Coronea Franciacorta Docg accompanied the guests of the 2022 edition of Il Ballo del Doge, from the opening to the gala dinner. A monumental cake to celebrate the XXIX edition was created by the most famous and talented exponent of Italian cake design, the pastry chef Renato Ardovino, fresh from the success of his latest program La Dolce Bottega di Renato on Food Network. The creation of the master pastry chef from Campania was celebrated by all the guests with an appearance on stage together with the hostess Antonia Sautter and her artists to celebrate the rebirth of the Carnival.
Also renewed the collaboration with the make-up artist team of the Academia BSI di Anna del Prete founded by Diego Dalla Palma, for the make-up and wigs of the Guests and artists of Il Ballo del Doge.
