Fashion is unique all over the world.
Radiant and charming, she unexpectedly appears and it is a standing ovation: for all of us who followed the Dolce & Gabbana fashion show live, the unmistakable allure of Meryl Streep, iconic and unique, extraordinary in her incredible light, there was the certainty of being the witness of a historic event of Haute Couture that will write the history of the cult movies. With her the unique Stanley Tucci presence alongside Michele Morrone and in front of…Anna Wintour! The defilé turned out to be a triumph.
Product Manager Paolo Oldani, whose son works for the famous designers, highlights “the preciousness of the fabrics embroidered with care and dedication. The attention to the pastel-coloured pajamas with feminine floral decorations on wide masculine stripes. And the game continues with oversized men’s shirts and jackets worn over pajama bottoms and vice versa. Finally, lace skirts with sheer details and mini bras are on show, all with pinstripe jackets and patterns”.

The strength of Luisa Spagnoli was celebrated during Fashion Week on the Italian-Swiss border at Palazzo Verbania, the stunning Art Nouveau building located in Luino. Nicoletta Spagnoli expressed her journey with refined elegance, also outlining the memory of her iconic great-grandmother.
A great success for the event organized by Le Sempiterne The Everlasting People in partnership with the Sonzogno publishing house, AIDDA with its President Luisa Cazzaro, Lions Club Luino with the President Nunzio Mancuso, Rotary Club Laveno Luino Alto Verbano with the Prefect Valeria Valentini. Regional Councilor Luigi Zocchi, President of Federfarma Varese, Elisabetta Genovese from Municipio 5 Milano and Antonio Devoto, spoke during the event. The writer and journalist Paola Jacobbi and her great-grandson Aldo Spagnoli also contributed with their memories to the presentation. Special Guest Marina Di Guardo who is expected on Lake Maggiore next year with the new thriller coming out in November.

Nicoletta Spagnoli‘s Milanese fashion show followed by photographer Mauro Di Bonaventura emanates the unique essence of the stylist’s soul, inspired to give every female creature an incredible energetic strength thanks to nuances and style that shape her in the world. Her figure is also inspired by touches of soft and light femininity in the details of shirts with ruffles that are combined with strong men’s suits.
The Milan Fashion Week 2025 will also go down in history for the homage of the Lombard metropolis to Armani who passionately created haute couture masterpieces for years: the last creative act of Giorgio Armani, who closed the Fashion Week in the austere courtyard of the Pinacoteca di Brera, in which the notes of Ludovico Einaudi’s piano resonated live. Sets with impalpable fabrics, impeccable sober elegance, the sublime narration of King Giorgio. Many attended to remember Armani for the company’s fiftieth anniversary: from Richard Gere and Cate Blanchett to Glenn Close to Spike Lee, Margherita Buy, Valeria Golino, Giuseppe Tornatore, Roberto Bolle and Federica Pellegrini. Paolo Oldani has always admired its unmistakable style for its eternally elegant details.

We remember his presence at Monte Carlo Fashion Week years ago, the brilliant Anton Giulio Grande, whose fashion shows in Milan were followed by Mauro Di Bonaventura and Sonia Jamp, reaffirms himself as a Master bringing Haute Couture to Paris too; he fully lives the artistic-cultural mood of our historical era. After a grandiose dedication to Maria Callas two years ago, now it’s the turn of Frida Kahlo and of some Fashion pills at Palazzo Visconti. His interpretation of Kahlo is grandiose: soft, floating, Anton Giulio has lightened her image by giving it mystical refinement, radiant light.
Twenty-two looks on the catwalk, a riot of leathers worked with high fashion techniques with asymmetrical tops in suede, ponyskin, tassels, hyper-embroidered. Among the cult items for next season proposed by Grande are the long gypsy-style skirts with leather and crystal fringes, organza ruffles, lace flounces. The attention to detail is always valuable, and the designer demonstrates it again with the style of Daniele Piscitelli of Rome in men’s footwear.

The fashion show in Milan was organized in collaboration with Lineapelle – Unic Concerie Italiane, Sonia Iampieri also accompanied us in this Milan Fashion Week: from Antonio Marras to rediscover his incredible passion for his land by reconciling it with touches of internationality, to Eleventy which enhances the mood of the refined elegance of Italian style, a showroom where pullovers can also be worn together without outerwear, the bucket bag is the new bag, better with the crazy combination of stripes and flowers.
Any advice from Sonia? “At Alberto Zambelli, silver enhances brown, belts are sometimes no longer worn around the waist but around the neck like necklaces, milky white is always chic, Calcaterra suggests that trousers no longer get shorter, a soft style without attention to heels is rewarding and that the japandi style will be a must in 2026, fur shoes or slippers are the new trend. Applause also goes to Ermanno Scervino, Francesca Liberatore and Anteprima“.

From New York Fashion Week Brigitte Segura of Fashion Daily Mag focuses on the wonderful presentations of original palettes and fabrics. She pays attention to drapes and flowers that return to the Milanese and Parisian catwalks. His images mix with those of the talented Joy Strotz who participates in the Parisian event as a photographer. What we witness between New York, Milan and Paris is a fantastic triangle of styles that vibrate in unison.
A great return for the comfort of sweatshirts and metallic knitwear also in silver and pink with black inserts. The catwalk palettes show a timeless chic. Romantic feminine Fashion Mood and splendid looks always with large flowers. Brigitte loves new trends, in particular the Emerging Talents present at Palazzo Bagatti Valsecchi, a place that smells of true Milan people where the creative touch of emerging talents is immersed in the eternal wonder of one of the most valuable residences in the Lombard metropolis.
