A marvelous example is Heritage, the new project developed by Brazilian builder Cyrela and signed by Pininfarina in the classy district of Itaim Bibi, also known as the Manhattan circuit: a futuristic 32-storey tower with (only) one apartment per floor, ranging from 570 to 700 square meters.

Residents can benefit from a garage with 6 to 8 parking spaces (each), multiple indoor and outdoor pools, a playground area for children, a tennis court, relax lounges, one bar, a ballroom with an open-air terrace, a cutting-edge gym and a spa. A fascinating building raised with the most groundbreaking technologies.
