A true oasis of wellbeing with rituals designed by INSÌUM.
For the new season, Sheraton Lake Como has enhanced its relaxation offering with a sumptuous new spa, designed to rejuvenate both body and mind through its various rituals.
Spanning some 750m2, this lakeside oasis of wellbeing features treatment cabins, a nail studio and humid area with a 12.5m swimming pool and hydromassage tub with views of the lush green surroundings. Additionally, guests can enjoy a sauna, Mediterranean bath, emotional showers, an ice waterfall, a relaxation room, and a gym equipped with the latest Technogym equipment.
The reception area is adorned with a white wave-shaped sofa, adding to the welcoming and elegant atmosphere.
The furnishings are meticulously crafted, with reinterpretations of historical pieces – from serpentine stone from nearby Valtellina to custom-made burnished brass lamps and touches of additional natural elements such as teak and rosewood.
The design emphasizes soft lines, evident in the swimming pool’s structure, where water flows over the stone, creating a soft, soothing effect.
The relaxation area, located at the front of the pool, evokes a classic naval environment, reminiscent of grand cruises, complete with porthole-shaped windows.
Light plays a crucial role in the Spa’s ambiance. Large windows connect the interior with the garden, a vibrant green space filled with hydrangeas and red maples. Natural light filters through the glass, creating varying shades of colour throughout the day, maintaining a constant relationship between the indoors and outdoors.

The well-being experience is developed in partnership with INSÌUM, whose name derives from the Latin “in somnum” (during sleep) and in ancient Friulian means “DREAM.” INSÌUM has created bespoke rituals, such as the “Magnolia Dream Ritual,” inspired by Lake Como. This deeply refreshing experience aims to relieve muscle tension, clear the mind, and rejuvenate the spirit.
