IV Carlo Riva Tribute, in the Gulf of Tigullio from 2 to 5 June

This fourth edition will see the Riva brand as the absolute protagonist and will revive in the Gulf of Tigullio the all-Italian myth of the most iconic motorboats in the world

After the great success of the past editions, the IV Carlo Riva Tribute returns, for a grand event scheduled from 2 to 5 June 2022 in Santa Margherita Ligure, the pearl of the Riviera di Levante.

This fourth edition will see the Riva brand as the absolute protagonist and will revive in the Gulf of Tigullio the all-Italian myth of the most iconic motorboats in the world, a symbol of timeless elegance and style, celebrating the 180th anniversary of the birth of the shipyard, the 60th anniversary of the presentation of the Aquarama and the 100th anniversary of the birth of Eng. Riva.

The Tribute, organized by the “Riva Society Tigullio” – the first historical Riva Club in Liguria, and the first on the sea in Italy – in collaboration with Ascom Confcommercio and other important local authorities, is an unmissable opportunity to celebrate these extraordinary anniversaries, and for this reason it has already been included as a reference point among the most famous events of 2022. This fourth edition will be promoted by the Municipality of Santa Margherita Ligure and the Hoteliers Group Santa Margherita Ligure – Portofino, while the Municipalities of Portofino and Rapallo will guarantee the traditional organizational and logistical support.

From 2 to 5 June the owners of the splendid vintage Riva motorboats will find themselves in Santa Margherita Ligure to spend unique days, under the banner of the most exclusive glamor and entertainment, honoring one of the brands that thanks to the unmistakable savoir-faire and heritage has made Made in Italy famous internationally, also giving the public of enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy a unique show of exhibitions and fashion shows.

The fourth Carlo Riva Tribute, as happened in previous editions, will take place in the splendid scenarios offered by the Gulf of Tigullio, the cradle of tourism on the Riviera di Levante and will see Santa Margherita Ligure, the real beating heart of the event for the over 40 boats that will take it there part.

Here the port area of ​​interest will be that of Calata del Porto, with the Hospitality Village set up at the beginning of the Calata itself, while the whole city will be involved in the spirit of the event and will host meetings and initiatives dedicated to participants and the general public, among which the traveling photographic exhibition for the entire duration of the meeting stands out.

The event will be divided into four days, the last of which is optional, during which the crews present will have the opportunity to challenge each other in unique tests of skill, sail side by side and experience unique moments of conviviality, immersed in the suggestive setting of the Gulf of Tigullio.

To further embellish the already full program of activities of this edition, a pleasant novelty: in fact, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a suggestive excursion to the historic villages of the 5 Terre and which will precede the traditional elegance contest on the final day.
