Lo Mastro: Prof. Cafasso, labor law expert, expert in labor law, has intensified during the lockdown period, and still today, his action to protect companies.
Nata: CEO of Studio Cafasso & Figli who, since 2000, has been targeting the global market of Labor Consultancy… can you briefly tell us about his experience?
Cafasso: It is the result of the constant training of a team of great value, with a female representation that reaches 98% in the Cafasso & Figli Studio, together with a high level of technological innovation support, the result of the ability and commitment of the founder himself who over time it has achieved important results.
Nata: Let’s try to outline the features of “Work at the time of the coronavirus” which is also the title of his book.
Cafasso: The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a serious economic and social crisis, highlighting the need to protect new and old rights of companies, artisans, seasonal workers and layoffs, smart working, the relationship between women and the world of work, due to the difficulty in accessing social safety nets and finally the objective difficulties encountered by companies.

Lo Mastro: Professor Cafasso, what is excellence for you and what are your next future prospects?
Cafasso: It’s simple… the combination of quality combined with efficiency leads to the final result of competence and here is the formula to define the excellent.
The crisis has kept attention focused on the that companies and workers, especially in some sectors, have encountered. The goal is to provide, even with the help of the most innovative and sophisticated IT means, services with high added value. Our main office is located in Naples but we are present in 11 other Italian regions and in some European countries such as Spain and we assume that we will soon be in the United Kingdom and the United States.
The pandemic has not stopped the desire to build projects or images that soon materialize into reality.
