The most exclusive club celebrates its 10th anniversary at Borgo Egnazia.
Supercar Owners Circle (SOC), the exclusive international community of supercar, hypercar, and classic car enthusiasts, continues its grand celebration of its tenth anniversary, set to take place in the stunning setting of Borgo Egnazia in Puglia from September 12th to 15th, 2024.
Following the great success of the inaugural event held in June in Andermatt, Switzerland, 60 teams will gather once again for a unique and unforgettable experience, combining the elegance of a concours with the thrill of a rally.
Drivers from Italy, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and other nations will come together to drive some of the world’s most exclusive supercars and hypercars; among them are two Bugatti Chiron Pur Sports, a Mercedes-AMG Project One, the iconic Ferrari LaFerrari, several Koenigseggs, including Jesko Absolut and Jesko Attack and the Gordon Murray T.50, the first customer car designed by the renowned designer Gordon Murray.
There will be no lack of cars with timeless appeal, everlasting symbols of excellence from the Cavallino Rampante automaker: a Ferrari F40, a Ferrari F50 and a Ferrari 275 GTS.
Among the participants are the famous driver Nick Heidfeld, world-renowned industrial designer Luca Trazzi, who will be driving his Porsche 911 GT2 RS. Trazzi recently unveiled his first Porsche one-off, painted in a special shade of yellow, renamed “Otto Yellow” by the car manufacturer in honor of his dog, Otto. Also attending are the famous YouTuber Shmee150, who will participate in the exclusive weekend with his Zenvo TSR-S and Mercedes AMG GT Black Series, as well as Ameerh Naran with his Koenigsegg Jesko Attack “Vimana” and his latest creation, The Naran Hyper Coupe.
Lotus, the main automotive partner of this event, is ready to leave everyone speechless with an exclusive selection of its most precious gems. There will be two Evija electric hypercars with more than 2,000 hp and three other models that embody the perfect fusion of technology and craftsmanship: the Eletre, the Emeya and the Emira, the last one the only one to retain a combustion engine, made even more fascinating by its Alcantara trim, a touch of class that reflects its sporty and refined soul.
It is no coincidence that Alcantara is the official lifestyle partner of this event. The featured cars, adorned in Alcantara, offer a unique tactile and visual experience that transforms every journey into an expression of style. Alcantara is a symbol of elegance and an all-Italian luxury perfect for those who live every detail with passion and awareness. This partnership highlights a meeting of two worlds, where speed meets elegance, and innovation merges with contemporary lifestyle.
Bringing even more prestige to the parterre will be other top Automotive Partners, such as Pagani Automobili with its latest Pagani Utopia model and Dallara Automotive, represented by its CEO Andrea Pontremoli, who will honor the event with his presence.
The event is also supported by Corte Vetusto Mezcal – the official spirit partner of the SOC – who will delight guests with their globally sought-after and highly awarded Artisanal and Ancestral Mezcal, and by Mirai Flights, Acqua di Parma and Marchesi Antinori S.p.A. Labocosmetica with its team of professional Detailers will also be present to make every car shine.
The gathering will begin on Thursday, September 12th at the iconic Borgo Egnazia Hotel in Savelletri, where participants will enjoy a delightful dinner and stay throughout the event. The driving experience, totaling over 500 km, will kick off the following day, Friday, September 13th, with an unprecedented itinerary.
Cars will drive across Alberobello to the historic center of Matera, where they can stop for lunch. Passing through the breathtaking landscapes of the Terra delle Gravine Regional Natural Park, teams will then return to Borgo Egnazia.
On Saturday, September 14th, the cars will travel through Puglia’s most stunning landscapes, heading towards the towns of Ostuni, Otranto, and Ugento. In the afternoon, there will be no lack of adrenaline driving experiences before heading back toward the hotel passing through the 14th-century town of Martina Franca and the picturesque village of Locorotondo.
To conclude the evening, a gala dinner will be held at the prestigious Cala Masciola beach restaurant at Borgo Egnazia, the perfect place to experience and savor the ancient Puglian tradition. Following this, the SOC Awards Ceremony will take place.
