Four-star hotel Chapter has ancient looks, as the palace that hosts it dates back to the late 19th century. South-African designer Tristan Du Plessis, in collaboration with a golden team of artists, craftsmen and interior decorators, turned it into an absolutely contemporary space: an overall 42 standard and superior rooms in a minimalist, cosmopolitan style, suffused lights and cozy sofas, contemporary art pieces (including a marvelous mural by street artist Alice Pasquini), cutting-edge materials and industrial-chic solutions where the contours of traditional hospitality shed all clichés.

With the actual restaurant set to be inaugurated in the upcoming months, the hotel’s catering offer has expanded with “Market”, a concept with organic food at heart, partly a salad bar and partly a corner-market where anyone can buy seasonal fruits and vegetables – all in an eco-friendly environment made of wood and recyclable materials.
