We are talking about R Collection, the Italian hotel group that is increasingly establishing itself in the panorama of prestigious hospitality.

The R Collection group has recently signed a partnership with the multi-starred chef Andrea Berton who, in his long career, has worked in the brigades of Gualtiero Marchesi and Alain Ducasse, at Mximan’s in London and Pinchiorri wine shop in Florence, to name just a few cornerstones of his many years of experience, reaching the coveted recognition of the double Michelin star, which only the aforementioned Marchesi had achieved before him.
Since 2016 Andrea Berton has opened, in the futuristic district of Porta Nuova in Milan, the starred restaurant that bears his name and which is characterized by a cuisine where the flavors are always recognizable on the palate.
