The latest project comes from the DNA Barcelona studio: it’s the Cocoon Hotel & Resort, a luxury resort in the Tulum area.

The complex will include three residential buildings for 204 apartments, 167 rooms, and 16 private luxury villas.

Swimming pools, gardens, relax areas, and common spaces are designed to blend in perfectly with the surrounding nature and enrich it without damaging it.

Measures have been necessary to respect the local precious biodiversity, including the use of sustainable materials: the resort will have rainwater harvesting systems for the treatment of wastewater, and solar panels will provide it with green electricity.
