Backed by an expert multidisciplinary team, ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea has already started taking reservations for those wishing to discover and enjoy its exclusive health programs, preventive medicine, therapies and cutting-edge technology. This comprehensive medical and therapeutic service is complemented by nutritional plans based on the Mediterranean Diet and Km.0 products grown sustainably at the clinic’s own organic farm, Finca Althaya.

ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea is a 40,000 m2 space whose Clinic is equipped with the most advanced medical technology in each of its 32 practices, and professionals from 25 specialities at the service of the guests’ health. The Clinic’s innovative integral approach combines medical health programs and preventive medicine with specific treatments and therapies tailored to each guest’s specific needs.

Each of ZEM‘s programs comes with a personalised food plan which is carefully selected for its nutritional value. These plans are based on the Mediterranean Diet principles, whose benefits are recognised worldwide for preventing numerous illnesses and extending longevity. All menus are prepared using local organic food grown on Finca Althaya, the certified sustainable farm, which provides all the ingredients for the clinic’s restaurants.
