Caveau del Fuenti

Treasure of elegance on the Amalfi Coast.

Giardini del Fuenti, a stunning location overlooking the magical landscape of the Amalfi Coast, between Vietri and Cetara, is set to unveil a hidden treasure: Caveau del Fuenti, which will inaugurate on Friday, October 25th. This “blinding club” is dedicated to enthusiasts of spirits and crafted cocktails, offering a unique taste-discovery experience.

With over 240 square meters of pure elegance, the Caveau represents one of the hidden gems of this enchanting corner; it is a lot more than just a bar, it is a place where every single visit converts into a sensorial experience. Inserted into a high-level gastronomic context, the Caveau is placed alongside the fine dining restaurant Volta del Fuenti and the more casual Riva Restaurant, both led by chef Michele De Blasio, as well as the renowned Riva Beach Club and the Limoneto terrace.

“The Caveau aims to become the newest benchmark for those who want to experience unforgettable evenings, even in autumn and winter seasons” explains Alessandra De Flammineis, owner of Giardini del Fuenti. “Our main goal is to enhance this less-known part of the Amalfi Coast and to unseasonalize the tourist offer, keeping the club operating all year long.”

The Caveau’s uniqueness is remarked by the art of mixology, masterfully interpreted by Antonio Carta, the bar manager with over 25 years of experience, capable of transforming the bar into his own stage. Antonio has crafted a special drink list that narrates an intriguing story set in the Amalfi Coast of the ‘70s. A notorious criminal gathers a gang of four thieves to plan the heist of the century, stealing the precious treasure that the Caveau of the Gardens hides.

Each cocktail celebrates this compelling adventure, rich in flavors and personality, as suggested by their names: Il Perfetto known as Luca “the veteran mastermind”, the charismatic Andrea, Nina the skilled scammer, and Alfonso the determined disorganized. The Lounge Bar will also offer a rich selection of prestigious champagne and excellent wines, along with delicious finger foods. Guests can choose between three different options, composed by five, seven, or nine tastings: from more refined taste like the remarkable tomato brioche with burrata and Pata Negra ham, to the simple-yet-beloved bread, butter, and anchovies. Chef De Blasio will be assuring to guide visitors on a memorable journey, whichever their choice will be.

Carved into the heart of the cliff, the Caveau presents itself as a charming and intimate retreat, a lounge designed for both local and international guests. The meticulously curated interiors combine rustic and luxurious materials with black and gold tones that enhance its exclusivity. The gray/blue “seminato Veneziano” floor and the Terzani Argent chandelier create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere, while the majestic bar counter becomes the focal point of conviviality.

This breathtaking venue is the ideal place to enjoy exclusive aperitifs and post-dinner cocktails, with a fulfilled calendar of events curated by Luca Perfetti, the artistic director of the Caveau, including live music and DJ sets. Additionally, the Caveau is well-suited for private parties and events, promising unforgettable moments in an extraordinary context.

Giardini del Fuenti thus confirms itself as a constantly-innovating destination of excellence. With Caveau del Fuenti, the Amalfi Coast embraces a new symbol of elegance and sharing.
