Art with A View, a Paola Pivi art exhibition that has been displaying at the Miami Beach art museum, The Bass, since October 13 and will be staying there until March 10.
Paola Pivi’s work spans from large-scale installations to photography art shows, most of the times representing animals in their not so natural habitat in a performative way. Her modern art is set is strange surroundings leaving her public wonder about the nature of it. These animals are displaced from their usual spot in their everyday life, almost like a strange dream within reality, something with a mythological twist to it.

The contemporary artist‘s work is different, ambiguous but amazing! It’s like multiple creative minds merged together and came up with those fun art creations.
Art with a View in the contemporary art museum has new work showcased in it, as well as the artist’s feather-covered polar bears, canvases of cascading pearls, a video of 84 goldfish swimming in bowls and flying in a passenger airplane in New Zealand, feathered weels, a donkey sailing on a small boat in the Mediterranean Sea, and a big scale installation of an 80 piece mattress.

In this art exhibition, each piece leaves anyone questioning its true essence and meaning. It’s open for interpretation and it’s up to its visitor to imagine the story they wish to believe it’s true. Some of them have the appropriation of cultural symbols and are easier to unravel, others not so much, just let your imagination run through this amazingly crazy art and have fun!
