Over twenty years since its foundation, the Bianchi Farm has always set its philosophy on working as close as possible to nature by creating products of excellence certified by Bio Suisse, in particular wine, honey and derivatives. Products that today we find on the tables of the best Swiss restaurants.
The grape varieties they produce are Johanitter and Solaris as far as white wines are concerned, while red wine and rosé sparkling wine are born from new vines of the Cabernet Sauvignon family. Since 2012 they have also grown and vinified Merlot, Syrah and Chardonnay always according to the same organic ideal.
The family-run business is now brilliantly managed by the young and dynamic Martino (graduate winemaker) and Gabriele Bianchi (enologist engineer), who continue the work started by their parents.
