From here, in 2017, Acbc began, an innovative startup that saw as co-founder Gio Giacobbe, a character who knows about fashion and fashion trends having been director of Trussardi China for years.

The success of the idea was immediate: customers were able to admire the many combinations between different uppers and sneakers on large catwalks in which Acbc made its appearance with its iconic shoes but also with accessories, always with a green perspective in the first place. floor, created specifically for big brands such as Emporio Armani 7, Love Moschino, Save the Duck. The latest collaboration? With another brand that has made an icon of luxury shoes: Pollini.

Acbc customers enthusiastically continue to send back the upper part of their shoes once used to ensure that they are disposed of and transformed into everything but shoes: they are in fact chopped and recycled to produce shockproof floors for children’s playgrounds.
The words of Giacobbe, make clear the success of the initiative: the company closed 2020 with a growth of + 10% compared to the previous year and, despite the crisis, the Acbc co-founder is not afraid to declare the ‘goal of 20 million euros to be achieved by the end of the year.
Yamamay agreement: the new challange
Not just eco-friendly shoes; if everything can be reused, then here is Acbc’s latest gimmick: thanks to an agreement with the famous underwear and clothing house Yamamay, the new challenge will be to produce underwear in milk and cotton fiber, without using synthetic materials, if not a small percentage of elastane.
