The day begins with a delicious breakfast of fresh products to be enjoyed in the shade of the patio: sweet and savoury cakes, biscuits (all made with flour produced by local mills), cheeses, fruit, juices and centrifuged juices with genuine flavours that will remain in your heart for a long time as an authentic symbol of this place.
All around are olive trees and vineyards, and it is these that become the natural stage for surprising guests with romantic dinners based on local ingredients skilfully selected and enhanced by chef Alberto Lenoci, therefore creating a sort of guided tour of discovery of this marvellous region.
