New flagship store for Salvatore Ferragamo announcing the opening of a 100 square meter store of commercial space within the futuristic Daxing International Airport in Beijing, equipped with the largest single terminal in the world.
The new brand of the footwear brand is located inside the second airport – recently inaugurated – of the Chinese metropolis, which is scheduled for 2020, a transit of 45 million passengers, which should become 72 million in 2025.
The Salvatore Ferragamo store extends over a single floor and is located on the second level, in area B, of the star-shaped structure designed by the late arch-star, Zaha Hadid. Inside are the men’s and women’s collections of bags, shoes, small leather goods and accessories from the Italian luxury label.
As of June 30, the Salvatore Ferragamo group employed 4,000 employees and had 661 single-brand sales points in the world, including Europe, America and Asia.
