The Parisian fashion shows were not affected by the Coronavirus alert, the fashion week dedicated to the women’s F/W 20-21 collections has not undergone substantial changes and will close tomorrow keeping the established calendar.
The event saw the great fashion houses such as Christian Dior, Saint Laurent, Hermès, Chloé on the catwalk. A few hours ago Stella McCartney paraded, Alexander McQueen will be on the catwalk tonight and tomorrow we will see Chanel, Miu Miu and Louis Vuitton on stage.
Many brands, primarily Balenciaga and Thom Browne, have not given up on spectacular settings. Particularly spot on is that of the Kering brand, which has set up an apocalyptic climate change scenario.
According to the international press, the only two fashion shows canceled due to Coronavirus, in addition to those of the Chinese brands, were those of the Agnes B and A.P.C.
A panorama quite different from that which characterized the last days of the Milanese fashion shows, characterized by the early interruption of the works and the choice, by Giorgio Armani and Laura Biagiotti, to set up the walkway with doors closed in order not to expose to health risks of their guests.
