Excellence and the great EuroToques chefs at Excelsior Hotel Gallia

In the beautiful frame of the Excelsior Hotel Gallia, renewed by the Architect Marco Piva with the intent to reflect the style of the design capital in a Belle Epoque jewel  created in 1932, was held the gala to welcome the presentation of EuroToques International guide,  which is the only association of Chef  recognized and approved by the European Union.

Doing the honors, the President Enrico Derflingher  and the publisher Alberto Lupini (www.italiaatavola.net), in addition to the Honorary President  Gualtiero Marchesi, founder in 1986 of the same association with the  Belgian Chef  Pierre Romeyer and the French  Paul Bocuse.

Convinced the European Cuisine should continue to be an expression of a mosaic of flavors and colors, EuroToques arises therefore as an expression of excellence against the food standardization , in respect for diversity.
