Avery Perfume Gallery is releasing Whispering Hair, a new line of products that adds a gentle and embracing scent to hair, while also reducing the tedious effects of static electricity. Whispering Hair products are non-aggressive, thanks to their alcohol-free formula that respects the texture and biological composition of hair. It is also ideal for clients looking for a less-aggressive everyday fragrance that does not contain alcohol, such as people with sensitive skin.
Whispering Hair products, launched at TFWA 2018, are currently available in the six fragrances:
Your Oud: a joyful and intriguing fragrance with head notes such as saffron and coffee, mitigated by a large floral heart of rose petals, lily of the valley and geranium which lead to a deep woody base of finest agarwood, myrrh, sandalwood, guayacan wood and cedar wood.
Ambre Amant: slightly citrus thanks to the presence of lemon and lime, comforting for the presence of incense and black pepper, and ending in a base of white musk and vanilla.
Musk Mélange: a shy cyclamen becomes the space between the exuberance of violet and the regal presence of iris. A blatant and elegant, impalpable but firm blend is exalted by a musky, gentle and comfortable balance.
White Not: an intriguing blend of citrus and pepper reveals a melody of rose petals, jasmine and orchid, complete with a voluptuous bottom note of vanilla and white musk.
Noisy Noisette: an exuberant beginning of citrus and pink pepper combining an unusual, special note of coffee that warms a soft floral arrangement, with mystical accents of vetiver and bean tonka.
Amour Bakhoor: a fragrance that unleashes harmony, starting from a spice and fruit arrangement, with secretive and soft notes, taking shape in a bouquet of Iranian roses with subtle, dense, scents of incense, and then finishing in a seductive final wake of oud and amber.
A Lab on Fire presents Hossegor, a spiritual, introspective, and ‘gypsoul’ fragrance that evokes meaningful instants spent embraced by the beauty of nature.
Hossegor is the brand’s latest collaboration with talented perfumer Mackenzie Reilly, who said: “Hossegor was developed around the smell of water, notably while surfing in Indonesia. e concept of wet woods, sea salt, mineral notes, rocky seaside cliffs, ocean evaporating on skin, and the elusive scent of ambergris. e scent is clean, fresh, elemental, and mineral, while also being a true sensual skin-scent. A key note for the green top is Mastic, resin from a Mediterranean tree, which grows by the sea in rocky, saline environments.”
