The 2026 fashion trends emerging from Milan, Paris and New York highlight a mix of luxury, contemporary urban style and a strong emphasis on sustainability. Paris has always offered classic elegance, Milan shows with sartorial quality, New York pushes for a functional and modern style.

Paolo Oldani Fashion Product Manager rewards the Armani fall winter 26/27 show for “its sophisticated classicism and profound knowledge of materials” and focuses on “the wide, soft trousers in cashmere wool – a custom for a refined collection that expresses the soul of the metropolitan city – the men’s flannel jackets, the long dresses, used as crepe tunics”. Oldani finds the color chart of the famous brand: “grey, a must for Armani, then sage and blue for silk and a magical color, burgundy: Silvana Armani, I think she interpreted the Maestro best!”.

An exceptional period in which MFW meets fashion notes in Sanremo; important outfits were presented here during the evenings dedicated to the festival: Atelier Letizia Lauro‘s fantastic dresses enchanted with the refinement that distinguishes the designer as well as the Spanish creative Pietro Dolcemascolo, very attentive to elegance at every moment of the day.

At the Grand Hotel et Des Anglais of the enchanting city on the Ligurian Riviera, directed by Paolo Madonia, fashion met art in an event of the Sempiterne The Everlasting People with the works of Vera Del Pilar Stigliano, Marika Laganà and Adele Cossi coordinated by the journalist Silvano Marco Corradi with the Councilor of the City of Sanremo Desirée Negri and the President of the Rotary Club Sanremo Hanbury Renato Verruggio.

The Milan Fashion Week rewarded a name that stood out at the Monte Carlo Fashion Week: Maestro Anton Giulio Grande triumphed at Villa Borromeo. The stylist and President of the Calabria Film Commission received the Best Womenswear Designer Award.

For the evening his catwalk showed the collection “L’Oriente di Anton Giulio Grande” with creations inspired by the magic and mystery of the East, a land of charm and sensuality with outfits with amazing embroidery and stylized flowers in which refined craftsmanship emerges with meticulous attention to detail. The fabrics used are tulle and silk satin on which nature motifs with philosophical meanings climb through gold and silver threads.

The tradition of embroidery also emerges from Daniele Amato, visited for The Everlasting People by Chiara Pellicini and Tiziana Sartorio: Amato makes it the most narrative chapter of the collection, in which the different worlds come to life on the surface of the bags. In “Nightblooming”, on black satin, nocturnal flowers bloom that open only when darkness falls and atmospheric agents find space and value in “Clouds” and “Rain”, both on velvet: soft three-dimensional cotton clouds and a cascade of silver rain transform the night sky into the sea.

Sonia Iampieri with the photographer Mauro Di Bonaventura were guests of various brands in #mfw26. Sonia suggests some ideas for our everyday life: different overlapping belts, gloves with free fingers, the color vanilla yellow combined with white, brown, black, beige, super colorful mini dresses, lace shirts and many other sources of inspiration thanks to the styles of Anne Macchiatto, Anteprima, Armani Silos, Sunnei. A note for the Fashion Vibes of Milan which confirmed the trend of innovation and creativity, in which not only Sonia but also the influencers of Le Sempiterne Claudio De Silvestri and Sofy La Pila were present.

The catwalks enchanted with new trends also in New York where Brigitte Segura of Fashion Daily Mag appreciated the wonderful romanticism of lavender and pastel colours, the celebration of femininity in the details of designers such as Ese Azenabor and Victor De Souza.

The delicate nuances also echo from Luisa Spagnoli with her unmistakable style, from Eleventy, a brand in which each creation expresses an authentic passion for Made in Italy, present in every phase of the creative process which collaborates with selected artisans and partners to ensure that each garment reflects the excellence of Italian tailoring.  The color palette emerges with the delicacy of winter landscapes: dark jade and amethyst are the protagonists, flanked by intense shades of dark brown and dark, and neutrals natural like butter, ivory.

Milan Fashion Week also forges new talents: Francesca Liberatore proposed a fashion show inside the Istituto Superiore Nicola Moreschi in Milan: the celebration of her dual vocation as stylist and teacher who focuses her attention on the importance of education and training with a collection inspired by the 80s with different and complementary elements. May the fashion of the future be able to realize the dreams of young creatives who are starting their beautiful journey with so much enthusiasm!
