On 11 July, Tiffany & Co. opened its new boutique in Milan, a 1,000 m² showroom stretching over two floors in one of the historic buildings in Piazza Duomo. The huge glass windows have passersby gazing in awe at the precious collections and the elegant and stylish architecture.
The new Tiffany store, the third in Milan, is also a real ‘Tiffany Art Box’. Like a contemporary art gallery, it displays a selection of artworks by eight artists – Alek O., Gio Pastori, Felice Serreli, Loris Cecchini, Zeno Peduzzi, Patrick Tuttofuoco, Gianluca Franzese and Niccolò Fiorentini – specially commissioned for the new space.
The New York company decided to celebrate in style with more than 800 invited guests and high impact, elegant performances. Internationally awarded performer Erika Lemay enthralled those present, spinning through the air suspended against the backdrop of the cathedral. Le Div4s raised the temperature with their enchanting voices while DJ Vicky Queen entertained guests inside the boutique throughout the evening.
Presiding over the event were Marc Jacheet (President of Tiffany & Co. EMEA) and Raffaella Banchero (Managing Director of Tiffany & Co. Italy and Spain) with model Tina Kunakey who dazzled in the brand’s jewellery.
