The fourth edition of Experience Lab – International Beauty Exhibition, of which Excellence Magazine was a media partner, has concluded. It was an unmissable event held from March 6th to 9th at the Allianz MiCo, Milano Convention Centre. With a large turnout and international participation, Experience Lab once again proved to be a benchmark in the field of beauty and research cosmetics.

Featuring a lineup of 54 brands (a significant increase from the previous edition), Experience Lab provided a comprehensive overview of the latest innovations in the beauty world. These carefully selected brands showcased innovations, creativity, originality, and meticulous attention to the choice of raw materials, reflecting the dynamism characterizing the research cosmetics sector.

Italy, renowned for its tradition in the cosmetics industry, represented a significant portion of the exhibitors, reaffirming its status as a leader on the international stage. However, the presence of numerous international exhibitors underscored the global appeal of this prestigious event.

The theme of the event was a powerful and inclusive message, “Dress code? Your beauty.” which aimed to celebrate beauty in its most authentic and unique forms. In this space, beauty was understood not only as aesthetic but as a true lifestyle, an inner balance that manifests in everything around us.

Coinciding with Experience Lab was the fourteenth edition of Esxence, The Art Perfumery Event, a must-attend event for lovers of artistic fragrances. This synergy contributed to creating a unique atmosphere, attracting over 12,000 operators, buyers, and enthusiasts from around the world.

Throughout the event, talks and workshops were organized by industry experts, professionals, and internationally renowned academics, including cosmetologist Umberto Borellini, Pink Frogs Cosmetics CEO Matteo Locatelli, Professor Sonia Laneri from the University of Naples Federico II, fragrance expert Cristian Cavagna, pharmaceutical chemist Gisberto Caccia, pharmacists Marisa Ascioti and Barbara Catozzi, and beauty journalist and expert Annalisa Betti, just to name a few.

Experience Lab reaffirms its position as a benchmark in the international landscape of research cosmetics. Thanks to the continuous evolution of the cosmetics industry, which aims to increasingly meet consumer needs, the sector recorded an estimated global turnover of 567 billion euros by the end of 2023, confirming its leadership in export growth.

Once again this year, CFF Creative Flavours & Fragrances made its mark with its experiential laboratory “Le Jardin Secret,” offering guests the opportunity to explore olfactory blends and unique raw materials.

In conclusion, Experience Lab 2024 has once again demonstrated itself to be an essential event for anyone involved in the world of beauty and research cosmetics, promoting innovation, creativity, and knowledge sharing for a brighter and more beautiful future.
