Luxury and sophistication in Dubai’s residential architecture.

MMA Projects, an international architecture and interior design studio, stands out for its activity in the luxury design sector, including the residential segment. One of its most iconic projects is Villa ABK, a private residence located in the renowned Pearl Jumeirah Island of Dubai, with a privileged view of the sea and a design that harmoniously blends indoor and outdoor spaces.

The concept of Villa ABK focuses on maximizing open spaces, creating a continuous flow between indoor and outdoor environments. The internal partitions, in addition to defining the space, emphasize the verticality of the structure, facilitating the passage of natural light and integrating nature into the living environment. This tailored approach gives a unique identity to the residence, with a harmonious interplay of volumes and chiaroscuro.

The layout is based on optimizing the available land, strategically positioning the villa to maximize the sea view and create recreational spaces, such as a paddle court and lounge areas. The residence spans four levels, with the ground floor dedicated to representative spaces, such as the majilis and living area, and two elegant guest suites. The first floor is reserved for the family, with the master bedroom and four junior suites, while the rooftop offers living areas and a covered terrace with panoramic views. The basement houses technical areas, staff quarters, and entertainment areas, such as the cinema room and Cigar lounge.

In terms of materials and finishes, the villa features a mix of Turkish white stone, gray and green marble, Canaletto Walnut wood, and bronze, creating an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. The exterior surfaces are adorned with geometric patterns and fabrics, while the interior alternates textures inspired by nature, such as bamboo and pleats. Natural lighting is ensured by large windows and enhanced by dramatic chandeliers, contributing to creating suggestive effects of light and shadow.

The architectural structure stands out for its rational interplay of volumes and textures, with lightweight facades enriched with bas-relief decorations that create dynamic effects with sunlight. The villa is also equipped with a complete home automation system to efficiently manage all its functions.

Villa ABK represents excellence in luxury residential architecture, with a refined and functional design that harmoniously integrates spaces, materials, and light, offering a unique and unforgettable living experience.
