The sophisticated gourmet restaurant THE VIEW Fine Dining, thanks to a top-level food and wine offer, is a reference point par excellence for the most refined palates worldwide. Betting on the strong personality of the young chef Diego Della Schiava proved to be a winning choice, confirmed by important awards such as the 16 points awarded by Gault&Millau in 2021 and the achievement of the first and prestigious Michelin star in 2022.

The chef’s talent was shaped at the International School of Italian Cuisine, which is inspired by the philosophy of Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi; he then had the opportunity to consolidate his skills in several prestigious kitchens (Niko Romito, Guido Haverkock…) and to experience the best hotel catering has to offer (Villa Orselina).

Della Schiava’s goal “is to enhance the ingredients and make them the protagonists, from the most valuable to the least known, to the forgotten ones, always respecting their essence”; his dream is “a kitchen in which the distance with the customers becomes increasingly small, to educate them to respect food and make them an integral part of the process of transforming raw materials into sensory experiences.”
