The international jewelry fair returns from January 19th to 23rd.

Vicenzaoro January 2024, the international jewelry show of Italian Exhibition Group – IEG, after the success of the last edition, returns to Vicenza from January 19th to 23rd, 2024, celebrating its 70th anniversary and confirming itself as the world’s longest-running gold and jewelry event, of which Excellence Magazine is a media partner.

A long tradition looking toward the future, as emphasized by the claim: The Heritage for Tomorrow”. The initiatives for Vicenzaoro’s 70th anniversary, which will be followed by dedicated events throughout the year, will culminate in the exhibition that will trace the 70 years of the fair, set up in the halls during the January edition and divided into seven stages, one for each decade, recounting the entrepreneurial expression of one of the region’s most important manufacturing sectors, celebrating the fundamental role of its host territory and tracing the evolution of italian jewelry, a “gem” that shines on the world stage as one of the best expressions of Made in Italy in the world.

Vicenzaoro January 2024 will exhibit together with T.Gold, the professional exhibition of machinery and innovation for goldsmithing and VO Vintage, an event open to the public and dedicated to collectors and enthusiasts of vintage watches and jewelry, scheduled for Jan. 19th-22nd, 2024 in the foyer on the second floor of the Vicenza fairgrounds (hall 8.1).

Vicenzaoro, TIME area

A business space dedicated to contemporary watchmaking that creates a meeting point for manufacturers and buyers from around the world. 45 exhibitors, emerging brands, microbrands and start-ups in contemporary watchmaking, as well as private labels and accessories.
And returning to Vicenza for the third time are Locman, Edox and U-Boat, which chose Vicenzaoro to present L. Kendall, a prestigious watch brand with origins dating back to 1742 London, recently acquired by the group. Among the Made in Italy proposals are the independents Venezianico and Out Of Order and a selection of microbrands in collaboration with W.O.I. – Watches Of Italy, which brings names such as Allemano, Mondia, Perseo and Orologi Calamai to the fair.

TIME, increasingly international, records 33% Swiss brands (18% in 2023) such as Maurice Lacroix, 7% French brands such as Herbelin, and presences also from Belgium and the US.

Vicenzaoro, VO Vintage

VO Vintage is an event open to the public of collectors, dealers and enthusiasts of fine vintage watches and jewelry. Now in its fifth edition, it presents an even richer selection of fine pieces presented by top vintage jewelry and watch dealers (up 22% from the last edition). A unique event of its kind in Italy, it is structured to involve the public not only in the purchase of unique and valuable watches, but also in educational meetings, with seminars, talks, master classes and workshops.
Experts of the caliber of master watchmaker Giulio Papi, Professor Ugo Pancani, professor of mechanical and electronic watchmaking at the FHH Academy in Geneva, and Bruno Bergamaschi aka Giorgione, founder of the Watchouse enthusiast forum, will be in attendance. Also at VO Vintage were representatives of the retailers association Watchpassion and top dealers in the industry, such as Stefano Mazzariol, Maurizio De Angelis, Andrea Foffi and Elvio Piva.

Closed the next edition of Vicenzaoro January 2024, in February IEG will kick off major renovations at Vicenza fairgrounds with the demolition of the old “snail” (Hall 2) and Hall 5 for the construction of a new more functional pavilion that will redesign and expand the exhibition capacity of the district.
